A weekend of reflection, laughter, and connection on the shores of Lake George. After a rewarding career managing multimillion-dollar retail operations, Tracy Basher retired five years ago—but her love for connecting with people and creating meaningful experiences continues to thrive. Each summer, she works at the front desk of the Wiawaka Center for Women, where she has come to know the property and many of its returning guests. This connection makes her especially excited to host her first annual women’s retreat right here at Wiawaka.

Drawing on decades of leadership, organization, and people experience, Tracy brings warmth, creativity, and attention to detail to everything she plans. Her retreat is designed to offer women a chance to slow down, recharge, and reconnect—with nature, with one another, and with themselves—in the peaceful lakeside setting of Wiawaka Center for Women.
